Parts Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Parts must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Parts must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or receipt must be included with the return.

- Custom or special-order parts
- Electrical parts that have been installed or connected
- Parts that have been used, installed, or modified
Return Process

- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved. You must include this RMA number with your return shipment.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely package the parts in their original packaging, including all manuals and accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the return address provided by our Customer Service team. Use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking information for your records.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned parts, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Refund Processing: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 28-40 business days.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement parts you need when you initiate the return. We will process the exchange after the returned parts are received and inspected.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective parts).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
